Description: The two-day workshop focused on anticipating what evaluation audiences need to know and learn from evaluations and how to effectively report evaluation findings. The course addressed strategies used for multiple audiences, including academic, governmental, advocacy, general public and other appropriate stakeholder groups. The course emphasized different ways of optimizing the utilization of reported findings for these groups. The course addressed reporting strategies/formats for multiple audiences, development of succinct executive summaries, concise summaries of quantitative and qualitative analyses, easily understood tables and graphics, causal inferences, conclusions, and recommendations. Practical tips on report formats, fonts, tables, graphics, and the use of social media were provided.
